This site was started and is maintained by David Gardiner in his own time as a way of helping to promote CodeCampSA. Having attended the Wagga CodeCampOz events and presented at every CodeCampSA event, he felt having a dedicated website would be great to help promote and publicise the event in Adelaide's developer community. The site will also serve as an archival record of each year's event.

Advertising

Any advertising revenue goes towards paying for the costs of the site (not very much) and maybe the odd strawberry milkshake (The intention is not to make money, just to cover costs).

The site is currently hosted using the free hosted Google Sites platform. Being free helps keep costs low.
